New websites highlight research projects

Two Can-SOLVE CKD research projects recently launched websites (housed within the network’s website) to help showcase their work and support patient engagement:

Kidney Check (http://kidneycheck.ca)
Canadian Glomerulonephritis Registry (http://gnregistry.ca)

Kidney Check (http://kidneycheck.ca)
Kidney Check is bringing kidney, diabetes and blood pressure checks to rural and remote Indigenous communities across Canada. The project website lists upcoming screening events, outlines what to expect when getting checked, and offers a range of kidney health resources.

Canadian Glomerulonephritis Registry (http://gnregistry.ca)
The Canadian Glomerulonephritis Registry (CGNR) is creating a network to develop personalized treatments for patients with glomerulonephritis and identify new ways of detecting who is at high risk. Visitors to the project website can meet the coast-to-coast research team, sign up to get involved in research, and learn about what it is like to participate in the CGNR study.
