Can-SOLVE CKD has launched a new manuscript series in The Canadian Journal of Kidney Health and Disease. Building on our introductory paper, “The Problems We Can-SOLVE”, this series continues our shift from discovery to implementation — embedding equity, Indigenous engagement, patient partnership, and implementation science. Our latest paper highlights the Self-Management team’s collaborative work with patients and Indigenous partners to adapt the self-management digital tool, My Kidneys My Health, and make it more culturally responsive.
