The Can-SOLVE CKD Network is pleased to provide letters of support (LOS) for research projects/grant applications that align with the network’s goals and vision.   

To request an LOS, please complete the form below with details of your project. Your request will be reviewed and considered for relevance and fit by our Operations Team.  

We will follow up with you about your request and, if it is successful, provide you with a signed letter on Can-SOLVE CKD letterhead. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks (15-20 working days) from date of submission for the completed letter.
